With Anti-Pollution Cleansing Balm, Declaré invites you to discover the pleasure of daily cleansing as the first step in your skincare routine. Even at this stage, you can already thoroughly cleanse your skin deep down and leave it feeling soothed, intensively moisturised and nourished. Once the semi-transparent balm has been applied to skin, the texture changes into a smooth flowing oil* that cleanses every form of make-up without leaving any residue. How to use:
